What it is
MLT Career Prep connects Fellows directly with employers: partners in consulting, tech, finance and consumer recruit Fellows for internships and full-time roles at fall Interview Super Days, and bootcamps and seminars are held at partners' offices. It's a 20+ month program from sophomore through senior year, with personal coaching, in four tracks: Finance, Consulting, SWE/Technology and Corporate Management. MLT says 90% of Fellows get full-time offers before graduation. Next deadline Nov 1, 2026 (SWE/Technology and Corporate Management priority); general deadline Dec 1, 2026; final deadline Jan 15, 2027.
